A brilliant role has become available for an Administrator to work for a reputable company in their London head office. Your day will be extremely varied and there will never be a dull moment.

You will, on a daily basis, be meeting the administrative needs of the finance department which means you’ll be assisting with the centralised Bank function, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, assisting and issuing invoices, attending meetings and taking minutes as well as organising training events. You will also be assisting the Chairman, CEO and CFO with preparing board packs, typing of confidential minutes, diary management and any other administrative tasks deemed necessary.

This role requires a special individual who has a proactive approach to their workload, has excellent problem solving skills, is well organised, a quick learner and has clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
