Are you a graduate or graduate calibre Administrator looking for your next move? Do you love providing excellent customer or member care? Do you have excellent attention to detail?

We are currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator to join a high profile global professional association.

Based in fantastic offices in easy reach of Victoria this is a great role to join a friendly, professional and fast paced team who are responsible for looking after the firms members and dealing with all first line member queries. You will also be responsible for coordinating examination and qualification logistics and working extensively with data to ensure that members receive a first rate service.

You will need skills working with a database (Salesforce or similar) along with an excellent telephone manner, good written English and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

• Dealing with member queries via telephone and email
• Update member contact details
• Input exam and qualification data
• Send registration and certification details promptly and accurately
• Assist with the busy annual renewals process
• Participate in departmental meetings
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Head of Membership and wider team
