Part Time Office Manager

Are you looking for a part time position that offers maximum flexibility?

A truly superior role has just become available to work for a high profile leading Private Equity firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager looking for flexible hours, based in their impressive offices in the West End. You will ideally have previous experience in alternative investments with a strong FS background.

The role is incredibly diverse with a wide range of responsibilities - so previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager is essential. Your responsibilities will include, accounts/accounts payable/processing invoices, facilities, vendor management and management of the support team. Knowledge of New Data protection law with an interest in policy and structure surrounding this would be highly advantageous to your application.

This is a busy and dynamic role with great rewards and 'perks' such as subsides daily lunches.
