Senior Direct Marketing Officer

Our client is a really well-known Charity based in Central London and they are looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Officer. Key Role Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple direct dialogue and direct marketing projects
• Maintain agency relationships
• Monitoring and reporting of acquisition campaigns
• Work with the Database Team to set up reports and make sure all campaign data is requested
• Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing data from campaign reports against the Raisers Edge database
• Ensure all materials produced are to a high standard, accurate and compliant with relevant data protection and gift aid legislation
• Develop the team, and individual team members within it, using a range of coaching and training methods

The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate direct marketing campaigns
• Experience of coaching and developing team members
• Proven ability to analyse results of campaigns
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills
