Office Supervisor / PA

Are you an experienced Office Manager? Have you worked in a hybrid role before? An incredible opportunity has become available to work in a wonderful, friendly office in the heart of St. James for a Office Manager/PA.

This role is extremely diverse; you’ll never have a dull moment. You will be providing administrative support to the National Chairman the next minute you will be organising / maintaining the office and facilities to assisting the Head of Externals Affairs with events for the company. You will have previous experience in organising electronic data, diary management, preparing itineraries and general office management.

Must be able to work well in a demanding environment, have excellent written and verbal skills, work autonomously, have an accurate typing speed, shorthand & minute taking skills and have a strong work ethic with high standards of delivery. You will also have expert level of competency in Microsoft Office and have proven organisational skills while being able to prioritise a diverse workload.

Previous employment in regional or local government or related body would be preferred. If you have worked in a membership organisation with high level of volunteer activity that will also be highly regarded.
