Client Coordinator – High Profile Leadership Consultancy – London
A top Leadership Consultancy Firm based in the West End are looking for an exceptional Client Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Client Coordinator to join a Global Consultancy that specialise in Senior Executive assessments for selection, executive coaching and strategic management development programmes.
As a Client Coordinator, you will be the day to day contact for specific clients and projects, liaising extensively with clients, consultants and the businesses support functions.
You will support the Business Managers in ensuring the successful running of key client accounts, managing your own, smaller clients effectively. You will support the Business Managers to work closely with Client Directors, attending client meetings where necessary to ensure efficient and seamless delivery to the client. The role will involve complex diary management and scheduling large volumes of client appointments, working to tight deadlines across multiple locations. Demonstrating a commercial flair and excellent attention to detail, you will contribute to Monthly and Quarterly Management Information report writing. You will also co-ordinate, prepare and provide administrative support to key client events.
You will have excellent communication skills as the role will require extensive liaison with senior-level clients and the internal team. You must have a high level of organisational skills, excellent diary management and advanced Excel and Outlook skills in order to manage large scale projects efficiently and easily.
Previous experience in a client facing/project management role along with a solid academic background is strongly desired.
The role is paying £25,000 with an excellent benefits package on top.
