Receptionist and Administration Assistant

Our client is one of the leading architectural practitioners of traditional design in Britain. They work with a wide range of projects and clients, distributed throughout Britain and internationally. They are looking for an Office Administrator who is a good all rounder to join the friendly team based in Central London. The role is a hybrid position which also includes PA and Reception duties. Someone who is level headed and has a mature approach and likes to be the “go-to” person for all business related tasks would be ideal for this role.
50% of your time will be spent supporting the Associate Director with the management of his diary and scheduling his meetings and organising his travel. As the Office Administrator, you will also be the first point of contact for clients, some of whom are very high profile individuals and even royalty. Part of the Office Administrators role will be to reconcile and manage the petty cash account; liaising with the company book-keeper and offer secretarial support, including typing correspondence, reports, specifications and preparing documents. Excellent MS Office skills are essential.
