CRM Assistant


This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual who is looking to gain experience within data entry or business development. The ideal person would have at least 6 months experience within a similar role and is willing to learn or be a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career. You will play a central role in our Business Development & Marketing Team to support with data collection and processing. This role is a three month contract, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

What you will be doing

The main task of the role is to populate the CRM, which is InterAction, a Lexis Nexis product. This will include taking on a variety of tasks including:
• Capture and record key information regarding client data.
• Extracting data from a number of electronically stored documents.
• Ensuring key data points are captured on the CRM system.
• Monitoring and reporting on completeness of data.
• Exercise will need to be completed on c350 clients over a 3 month period.

We’re seeking someone who not only possesses the necessary skills but also brings a warm enthusiasm to the role:
• Familiarisation with company reports and such documentation
• Commercial acumen to identify required data.
• Familiarisation with Microsoft Excel and CRM Systems desired.
• Experience working in a commercial environment, communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds.
• Can be home based but individual is expected to attend two days in the office at the beginning of the contract for familiarisation.
