Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Professional Standards Administrative Assistant

Salary: £26,000

Location: REMOTE

We are working with a leading global membership body to recruit an excellent Administrative Assistant for a full time permanent role, working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation and testing of the Annual return and Anti-money laundering (AML) return compliance process
Assisting with the chasing of outstanding returns
Monitoring members’ responses to correspondence re Annual return cases, CPD audits, AML action points following AML visits etc. Chasing up as required by phone or email.
Taking meeting notes
Arranging working party meetings and other such meetings as required
Proof reading documents such as reports and consultation document responses
Assisting with recording the AML risk assessment
Sending out bulk emails and/or hard copy letters
Collating and sending out Newsletters
Extracting reports from CRM
Monitoring Team inboxes to ensure emails are answered and recorded appropriately
Collating preparation information for AML visits (e.g. Companies House searches, copy of recent AML return etc)
Monitoring and updating professional standards and AML material on the CIOT and ATT websites to include checking links are not broken

Skills required:

Strong organisation skills
Good IT and website skills
Good understanding of and competent user of CRM
Good communication and people skills
Capable of and comfortable with speaking to members
Attention to detail
Flexible mindset and willing to learn new skills
