Would you like to support a national health charity supporting there conference events? Our client is looking for a conference assistant to assist with multiple events.
Main Responsibilities:
• Support and deliver by ensuring all event attendee types and booking agencies receive a positive end-to-end experience.
• Support in both online conference platform development and on-site registration services.
• Managing / maintaining delegates on an event registration platform (Aventri)
• Act as the first port of call/contact from delegates
• Providing administrative support to the conference team
• Generate invoices, maintaining accurate records through the event software
Person Specification:
• Fully competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have event management system experience, or CRM experience
• Adapt and develop understanding of processes and platforms
• Be solution focused, self-motivated and adaptable to meet the needs of conference attendees
