Personal Assistant to 4 Partners

Our client is a small management consultancy looking to recruit a permanent PA to support its 4 Partners. 

The company offers Hybrid working - 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home. 
Hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Duties will include:

Working with the company’s 4 Partners and the Operations Manager to provide support across a wide range of client projects 
Complex diary management for all 4 Partners, booking internal and external meetings, MS Teams and Zoom calls, scheduling across time zones 
Booking travel arrangements
Producing PowerPoint presentations
Producing reports in Word and Excel
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
Managing highly confidential correspondence
Processing expenses
Screening phone calls
Meeting and greeting clients in reception
Using Excel to track and monitor invoices and inputting information into the company’s invoicing system  

Salary is £35,000 - £37,000 + fantastic benefits package and discretionary bonus.

The successful candidate for this role will:

Have previous PA or Team Assistant/Administrator or Office Coordinator experience
Have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills
Have the ability to prioritise workloads and to work independently and proactively
Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Good MS Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
