Receptionist

Mayfair - Green Park

Highly successful wealth management firm in the heart of the West End, looking for a bright, friendly, articulate Reception / Assistant  with Five-Star customer service skills to manage the smooth running of their Front of House and provide administrative support to the team.

Close to Green Park station, this is a great company to work for, with excellent benefits and annual bonus. Hours are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, and there will be opportunities to develop into a Team Assistant / PA role in the longer term.

Reception / Assistant Duties

First point of contact, providing a warm welcome to visitors
Answering/Transferring calls for the team, taking messages 
Dealing with post, couriers, taxis
Manage the meeting room calendar, prepare meeting rooms and ensure setup for meetings
Booking meetings, coordinating with internal/external contacts
Arrange catering for meetings and lunches
Organise conference/video calls
Based in the office 5 days per week, 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
Creating documents, general administrative support, scanning, filing
Responding to emails
Booking travel, flights, accommodation 
Assisting with events, working closely with PAs in the business
