Compliance Administrator

Our client is looking to hire a Compliance Administrator to join their team of two. This role will be temp to perm (temporary for 2 months and then become permanent).

Responsible for each client’s onboarding process from its initiation through to its completion
Inputting data into the CRM system making sure everything is correct
Check each client’s status
Set up clients on the company’s finance system
Draft letters of engagement and then email documents for signature using DocuSign to both internal and external signatories
Update the CRM system
Liaise with Stakeholders on a daily bases updating them on their status of their client take on processes and its compliance ensuring deadlines are met
Inbox management – checking your inbox in the morning and throughout the working day to pick up and deal with request or queries.
Provide regular update on progress made
Escalating queries to the Compliance Executive where required to ensure no delays and deadlines agreed are met
Assist the Compliance Executive in organising meetings or events as and when required
General administration duties.

The successful candidate for this role will:

Have previously worked as a Compliance Administrator or Project Administrator
Have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to hit deadlines set
Be able to deal with multiple, competing, priorities
Have the ability to manage multiple projects
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels
Have excellent attention to detail
Be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Be a great team player
Working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams
Good IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
