We have an awesome new role available and would love to hear from PA’s looking for a part time role offering 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. The role is supporting the Managing Director of a cool property and construction company based in the Clerkenwell area of London. This role would suit someone with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and thrives on being a Business Leaders right hand support person. The office vibe is progressive, inclusive and dynamic and they offer some outstanding company benefits too!

What does the job involve?

The PA will support the MD by helping to manage his time effectively. This includes lots of diary management for both internal and external meetings.
Making sure he is fully briefed and has all the information necessary for the day ahead.
Managing his emails with an understanding of what his priorities are and managing those accordingly.
Act as the gatekeeper and face off to the business when needed
Booking any travel that might be required in the future.
Offer ad-hoc support to one Director on occasions
Being the point of contact for external enquiries on behalf of the MD.
What is the candidate specification?

The ideal candidate for this PA position will be someone who understands the importance of confidentiality and able to manage internal and external business relationships. They will be sincere and honest and have a solid work ethic. This role requires a PA that has excellent attention to detail, and the ability to be one step ahead of the game.

It requires a PA with an advanced command of the English language, both written and verbal and excellent MS Office skills.
