Are you an experienced fundraiser with a strong track record of successfully generating income for charities? Do you want an opportunity to lead, develop and implement fundraising strategies?

Working for this faith-based charity, you will be the organisational fundraising expert, drawing on your broad and deep fundraising capability, experience and track record to develop, implement and sustain increased voluntary fundraising income year on year. The post holder will collaborate closely with the charities five main projects and centres to achieve income growth to fund their work. You will achieve sustained income growth against agreed budged, focusing on the following income streams: Regular giving, Legacy giving, In Memoriam giving, Major donors and Grant applications.

About you:
• Broad fundraising experience in the charity sector
• Knowledge about fundraising within the Catholic Church in England and Wales is desirable not essential.
• Significant experience of hands on delivery of fundraising income growth
• Demonstrable experience of agreeing and achieving against fundraising budgets
• Thinks and works systematically and analytically, identifying and delivering outcomes driven by operational plans
• Experience of using, developing and deriving value from Custom Relationship Management (CRM) databases
• Track record of successfully influencing peers and managers to help increase fund-raising performance
• Demonstrates a collaborative relationship building style with donors, colleagues and stakeholders
• Produces and communicates fundraising information effectively and clearly
