Are you a board level Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? Are you highly proactive, engaging and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you want to work in a highly collaborative, supportive and high challenge environment?

This could be your next step into a top level EA role.

Based in a world-famous building near the City is a leading business intelligence company with a high-profile client base.

They are looking for a star Executive Assistant to support their CEO, CFO and also provide a full board logistics service. It is therefore essential that you have worked as an EA at Board level and been actively involved in full board logistics including.

• Scheduling, coordinating and taking minutes at board meetings
• Chasing, collating, distributing board reports and creating high quality board packs
• Keeping track of all required board actions
As well as your board support duties you will provide a seamless EA service for the CEO and CFO who work closely together and will lean heavily on your superior admin and interpersonal skills.

EA tasks will include:

• Extensive diary management and all associated logistics
• Booking extensive international travel across time zones
• Liaison with HR, Legal and all other internal departments
• Timely expenses reconciliation
• Personal errands as required
• Working on a range of business projects
• Forming part of the social committee
• Ensure a smooth flow of communications through the CEO and CFO’s office

You must:
• Have 3 years minimum Board level or C-suite EA experience
• A highly discrete, loyal and confidential approach – this role requires someone of the highest ethical standards
• Advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Have a highly motivated, proactive and flexible approach
