Do you have significant experience of working in a senior role in a dynamic fundraising environment, with an impressive track record of fundraising success?

The post holder will lead and grow the Philanthropy and Partnership team?s programme and income targets in line with this charity?s strategy. As a key member of the fundraising senior management team, contribute to the overall Fundraising strategy with the support of the Director of Fundraising and Communications. Lead and manage the corporate, trusts and major donor teams and special events to achieve all targets and deliver exemplary donor care to maximise income. Set, manage, and monitor the Philanthropy and Partnerships teams? budget with a detailed breakdown, rationale and KPIs to include reforecasting and benchmarking team performance against competitors and sector averages. Mentor and develop direct reports in their roles, sharing knowledge and experience encouraging them to enhance their skills and capabilities.

About you:
? Extensive relationship management skills, proven influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills, excellent interpersonal skills, supporter focused with the ability to show empathy, tact and diplomacy
? Proven ability of strategic planning, benchmarking and monitoring, and managing large budgets.
? Experience of securing, managing and developing significant and ongoing major giving relationships with individuals, corporates and trusts
? Experience of managing events teams, fundraising committees and high profile individuals to deliver fundraising events appropriate for nurturing major giving relationships
