This Inspirational charity is looking for a hard-working, strategic and enthusiastic individual who can build special relationships and partnerships to raise the organisations profile and fund the crucial and amazing services they provide to young people. The successful candidate will work closely with the Trusts & Foundations Manager and key personnel across the charity to fund the services that young homeless people rely on every day.

About you:
• Experience of raising funds from Trusts and grant-makers
• Proven experience of a high standard of bid writing and persuasive copywriting skills
• Experience of working to team targets in excess of £500,000
• Experience of securing single gifts over £25,000
• Understanding of the principles and processes of Trust Fundraising
• Experience of reporting on activity and impact effectively to trust donors against agreed outcomes
• Experience of reporting to donors using both qualitative and qualitative measures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a wide range of audiences, internal and external.
