Client Relationship Coordinator

A world renowned psychology consultancy is looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Coordinator to join their elite team of consultants. The role of Client Coordinator will require the successful candidate to focus on an extensive client portfolio and be the day-to-day contact for specific clients and projects.

This will include some of the following responsibilities:

• Supporting the Business Manager in ensuring the successful running of client accounts across the client portfolio.
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of their client accounts and projects.
• Providing an input into the strategic decisions made for the client portfolio.
• Co-ordinating, preparing and providing administrative support to client events.
• Managing own portfolio of clients effectively with the view to taking on more responsibility (given a successful performance).
• Working with the Business Manager to ensure appropriate client rhythm is implemented.
• Effectively building relationships with clients and consultants within the team.
• Overseeing complex diary management, including scheduling large volumes of client appointments (including in-person and via telephone/video conference) as well as working to tight deadlines across multiple geographies.
