Do you have the passion to give a truly exceptional service as a PA to the CEO? This high profile CEO/Founder is seeking an enthusiastic PA who can provide an exceptional level of service across strategic diary management, logistics and extra projects.  

Our client is an innovative, highly recognised managed services to the public sector company based in picturesque Weybridge in Surrey. They are seeking a personal assistant to join their growing team in supporting the CEO.

This CEO is impressive and down to earth, someone who will take the time to have a morning catch up with you and give you the room to be self driven and develop in your role. 

As the PA to CEO your main duties will include:

Act as a gatekeeper and first point of contact to the CEO
Inbox and diary management; scheduling meetings and assisting with correspondence
Generating and producing business and financial documentation for senior level meetings
Office management; stationery, postal and reprographic responsibilities
Assist with updating databases on various IT systems
Organising networking events and marketing through social media portals
All ad-hoc administrative duties

This is a truly fantastic role for an intelligent PA who loves providing a seamless service, using your excellent communications skills working at strategic level with the CEO to ensure that the projects with business development are maintained at their high standards.

You will have a proven and demonstrable background in supporting a senior position, with high levels of numeracy. Your Microsoft Office skills will be advanced in Excel and Word, which are essential in this role.
