Client Coordinator
The role of Client Coordinator will give you the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in a well established operations team. The focus of a Client Coordinator will be to support the Business Manager in running high volume accounts as well as managing a few smaller accounts themselves.
Your duties will include:
Supporting the Business Manager in ensuring the successful running of client accounts across the client portfolio.
Tracking, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of their client accounts and projects.
Co-ordinating, preparing and providing administrative support to client events.
Managing own portfolio of clients effectively
Supporting the Business Manager in working closely with Client Directors, attending client meetings (internal and external) where necessary
Effectively building relationships with clients and consultants within the team.
Overseeing complex diary management and the scheduling of large volumes of client appointments across multiple geographies.
Responsibility for ensuring accuracy of client-related financial processes, invoices and POs.
