Our client is a well-recognised financial services firm, based in the heart of the City, who are seeking an administrator to join their marketing team.

You will be providing effective administrative support to the marketing team, this involves day-to-day management of: team diaries, all communication; both written and verbal as well as other duties.

Key Duties:

First point of contact for all administrative queries
Receiving and responding to all communication, both internal and external
Team administrative support
Diary management
Person Specification:

Proven experience as an administrator
Ability to handle a high-volume workload, particularly in a busy team
Proven accuracy; meticulous and excellent attention to detail
Experience in supporting a medium sized team, and proven ability to multitask and prioritise
Advanced IT Skills; strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in using CRM Systems

This role will suit a trustworthy, highly organised and discreet individual with a warm and open personality. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop and to work closely with a fantastic marketing team.
