The role 

This is a highly organisational role providing all office support and managing the office, in addition to providing PA support to the Managing Director.  As well as being the office lynchpin you will also support in the marketing of fundraising projects, therefore an interest in both marketing and administrative duties is desirable.       

The ideal candidate

Will be educated to degree level and should have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter capable of working with limited supervision with strong MS Office skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.  Previous professional experience within the financial sector is highly advantageous but this is not essential.  Ultimately you will have a positive and friendly “can-do-attitude” and a willingness to learn and grown with the firm.
