Are you a compassionate, empathetic and friendly person who has fantastic customer service skills?
We currently have an opportunity to take on 111 Call Handlers for our client in the health/medical sector. This role will be based in London.

You will need to have previous customer service, 111 Call Handling experience dating within the last 3 months in order to be successful for this role. (Pathways trained)

The role is based in a customer call centre type environment and will involve receiving high volume inbound calls and giving advice over the phone. Extensive training will be provided and this position will operate on a 24/7 rota (due to the nature of the business).

This role would ideally be suitable for candidates who have a natural passion for helping people. We are seeking compassionate, empathetic and patient people to fill this job!

The standard rate of pay will start on £8.50 per hour (including during training) and will increase after 12 weeks to £11.16 per hour. There will also be enhancements to compensate for 'after hours’, weekends and bank holidays (this will range from 15% to 100%).

Ideally you will live close by, to ensure that you can commute easily to and from work.
