We are looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Manager (30/70 split) to join one of the world’s fastest growing global lifestyle brands in the UK! This role would be suitable for someone who has some office management/ personal assistant experience and is now looking for an opportunity to take their career to the next level.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing all office administration and compliance and ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Assisting the MD with all PA / admin tasks
• Ordering and liaising with vendors, service providers, landlords, suppliers etc
• Managing basic HR matters
• Organising office events, assisting staff with projects (photoshoots events, IT etc) and maintaining office calendar
• Any other administrative duties as needed

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a dynamic and engaging individual to join this expanding company in a time of growth. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a business. Must also have excellent organisational and scheduling skills, high attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills and takes initiative.
