OFFICE COORDINATOR - Temp to Perm (3 months)

A brilliant temp-to-perm position has become available for a team oriented Office Coordinator who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This role is to start from 27th June 2016 and will be a temporary position for up to 3 months before being offered in a permanent capacity (£25K).
A small technology company (30 staff globally), who provides consultancy services to the media/creative industry. Very much an adult environment, there is no hierarchy within the office and everyone is on the same page. They are currently based in West London, however will be relocating to Central London in the next 3 months. You will also have a hand in the office move!
You will be a massive team player and happy to ‘muck-in’, being able to work collaboratively in order to get the job done. You will also be confident and have a positive and friendly demeanour.
• Following up on contracts
• Project work/documentation
• Electronic Document Filing Management
• Cover for Office Manager
• Raising Sales Orders, PO’s, Estimates
• Coordination of deliveries to clients
• Updating CRM systems with client information (warranties, addresses, contacts)
• Manage employment access to Systems
• Website Maintenance
• Management of Phone Systems
• Updating policies / procedures
• Coordination of recruitment
• Information service for Employees
• New Starter Coordination
• Helping coordinate deployment of new pension’s scheme
