Customer Services Manager (Wholesale)
Customer Services Manager (Wholesale) based in London £28-35k plus 10% Bonus and Bens.
Are you a Wholesale Support Professional looking to work in a Fast Paced Fashion environment? Are you organised, efficient, meticulous and capable of forging strong business relationships with key account holders? If the answer is yes this could be the job for you!
Is an emerging international footwear brand based in London but distributed in over 30 countries. In the UK they are stocked at major high street retailers and the brand is seeing continued growth.
The successful applicant will be entirely responsible for managing the day to day domestic and international order book. Also dealing with customer accounts, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, controlling the database of orders, using CRM, communicating orders to factory, dealing with exports, working with finance, supporting the sales director, managing deliveries, using sales portals such as Amazon.
Must be fluent in English, Spanish is also desirable. They are required to have minimum of three years experience working within Fashion Wholesale Customer Services, preferably footwear. They must energetic, self reliant, highly proficient, a real multitasker, attuned to pressure possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are expected to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. An all round stand out candidate. Strong Microsoft office and excel skills required. Knowledge of Fashion CRM software Styleman is useful.
