Recruitment Associate

About the Recruitment Associate role:

Managing the applicant tracking system and tracking candidate recruitment and on-boarding and reporting on this weekly;
Manage recruitment email inbox and correspondence with candidates. Responding to emails in the recruitment mailbox in a timely manner;
Dealing with queries from applicants and employees and line managers in a professional and timely manner;
Arranging interviews, booking interview rooms and sending out confirmations;
Diary management of recruiting line managers for interviews;
Recording relocation expenses, interview expenses and invoices on the relevant excel spread sheets and communicating this information internally;
Managing referencing process. This includes sending reference requests to previous employers, chasing return of references and providing feedback to the recruitment team as appropriate;
Uploading job adverts onto external websites;
Sending recognition of receipt emails to employees who have referred candidates and logging referral forms on system. Log successful referrals on spend spread sheet and ensure correct payment is issued by Payroll;
Completion and circulation of a weekly vacancy report and vacancy statistics;
Collate all new applicant information and ensure uploaded into the ATS. Maintain the ATS and ensure it is always up to date;
Maintenance of candidates’ records;
Recruitment and on-boarding administration;
Liaising with recruitment companies including managing PSL applications and enquiries.
Answering general recruitment enquiries via phone and email, including managing the recruitment and onboarding system inbox;
Processing DBS applications and ensuring the correct documentation has been received;
Preparation of employment contracts and NDAs for new starter packs in a timely manner;
Ensure candidates have eligibility to work in the UK;
Issuing rejection letters / acknowledging speculative CVs;

Who fits this recruitment role:
A smart, confident and highly organised individual, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize tasks
You will have some experience of the recruitment process
Experience of pre-employment screening and on-boarding
Have a flexible approach to work and an entrepreneurial attitude
An excellent communicator and have a desire to develop a career in a professional environment
Well-presented, driven and enthusiastic
Ability to manage a fast-paced, constantly changing business environment; responding efficiently to high pressure situations;
Previous experience in a complex admin role is essential;
Have strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and Outlook;
Background in healthcare is preferred but not necessary;
Have an interest and knowledge of healthcare and technology
