Requirements:

High-level knowledge of UK employment legislation.
Sense of humour.
Good judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to motivate and coach employees to reach performance goals.
Degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution.
Degree educated, CIPD desireable.
