Key Responsibilities
• Developing and executing recruitment, resourcing strategies through using a cost-effective and benchmarking system
• Revise, update and create job description and advertising jobs
• Reducing the spend on agencies
• Building up the talent pool
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Coordinating and implementing Universities, Colleges, Apprenticeship schemes
• Assisting in interviewing candidates
• Preparing and sending new employee orientation packages and induction plans
• Identifying new channels for potential candidates
• Revise on a bi-annual basis together with the HR Manager suitability and efficiency of the company’s PSL
• Managing stakeholder relationships
• Using social media to attract and build up the talent pool of candidates.
The right Candidate will be
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
• Previous Recruitment experience
• Intermediate MS office knowledge
• Team player and ability to work independently as well.
