Temporary Administrator

Based in the City you will be working for an international asset management company.

Based front of house you will be working with possible 1-2 other Receptionists, receiving guests, deliveries, couriers, post, arranging transport, answering calls, transferring and taking messages, booking meeting rooms, setting up and clearing meeting rooms, making teas/coffees and developing relationships with returning guests.

You will need to learn the different styles and personalities of the team to ensure that you anticipate needs in what can sometimes be quite a demanding environment, so It is essential that you have previous Reception experience, have exceptional corporate presentation skills, have first class front of house communication skills and have the ability to work well in a team.

Adaptability, flexibility and experience using Outlook, MS Word and other booking systems is essential for this role.
