Join a leading Asset Manager based in the heart of Mayfair to support an incredibly successful team of 8.  They are about to launch a new investor fund so this is an exciting time to be joining the team.

This is going to be an extremely varied and hands on role where no two days will be the same.

Duties will include:

Arranging detailed international travel.
Diary and correspondence management.
Managing social and business calendars.
Arranging and facilitating client meetings.
Oversee client events.
Build relationships with staff globally.
Managing expenses for the team.
Assist / manage all investment committee meetings.
General administration duties.

They are looking for a confident and highly professional Team Assistant who has previous experience of working within Financial Services.  You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment within a challenging role. A confident communicator is a must as you will be the first point of contact for investor queries.
