Based within stunning offices in Bayswater London, you will be joining a dynamic and fun team to support them with all administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will be hugely varied and will include:
• Company admin – post, organisation of office supplies, travel procurement
• Health and safety – first aid, fire marshal, risk assessments, facilities management and insurance
• HR Admin – deal with all queries, policy updates, payroll and onboarding new starters
• Accounts – invoicing, reconciliations, sending statements and chasing invoices form clients and expenses
• Social – office parties, starter and leaver packs and any other ad hoc admin duties as required
