Requirement for a Receptionist who is immediately available to work on a temporary Reception assignment. The role will be working on Reception to cover for 2 days, working hours Mon-Fri (9am-5pm).
As this is such a short-term, temporary job you must have worked in a front of house position very recently. There will be no training provided, and you will be expected to hit the ground running following a quick handover.
During the temp contract you will be expected to meet and greet clients, answer incoming calls/emails, coordinate meeting rooms, sort out incoming and outgoing post and general housekeeping.
You must be professionally presented, polite and have a good telephone manner to be successful for this role.
