EA required for a global investment bank based in the City. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA who is looking for that next step and work within a very down to earth but hardworking environment.
As an EA you will be required to support the trading, research and sales team with diary management, co-ordinating complex travel, handle expenses, order breakfast/lunch/dinner reservations, book drivers, handling itineraries etc. You will also be required to handle the management of the office which includes, answering the phones, meeting and greeting, handle supplies and any IT issues.
As a candidate you will need to be very organised, able to work in a fast paced environment, be thorough with details, highly motivated and able to work well within a team.
The working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
