The TUC have reported that nearly one third of people are bullied at work. Bullying and harassment is not necessarily always obvious or apparent to others, and may happen in the workplace without an employer’s awareness. However, it is serious and reported incidents are increasing.
This seminar, run as a case study, takes a bullying case from the first complaint to its final conclusion and guides employers through what can be a potential minefield of conflicting responsibilities.
