Receptionist/Office Assistant – Financial Services

This is an amazing opportunity for an Office Assistant to join an outstanding boutique Financial firm in their stunning Mayfair offices. You will be joining a dynamic, ambitious and friendly operations team in a key role!

You will look after the front-of-house, answer phones, set up for meetings, greet clients, create documents, support the investment team and be the go-to person for everything office-related!


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Be the go-to person to ensure the smooth running of the office
Host visitors, clients and guests
Place food and drink orders for the team
Arrange team events
Support on high-profile client events
Create high-quality presentations
Support with diaries, travel and other EA tasks
Deputise for the Office Manager


YOU:

Fast-paced financial services experience
Presentable
Well-spoken
Highly motivated
Comfortable working under pressure
