Based in the vibrant Shoreditch area - but with an initial remote remit due to the current climate - this is a truly enviable role for a senior EA who is commercially savvy, meticulously organised and an exceptional relationship builder.

The role
You will be supporting the newly appointed regional President with flawless EA support and exceptional logistical coordination, but it doesn't stop there, you will also be pivotal in the build out of the London function. Think a start-up vibe but with the backing of a highly successful US office behind you every step of the way.

Full EA support to the President and other senior team members
Coordinate complex global calendars
Schedule high level meetings with key stakeholders
Provide full administrative support to UK leadership
Liaise extensively with leadership and their EA's in US
Take actions in meetings and allocate workflow and ensure follow up
Prepare meeting materials
Arrange extensive travel
Coordinate events and activities
Oversee all office management tasks for London
Source suppliers and manage supplier relationships
Manage local IT, HR & H&S

You
As you can see this is a special role and we are seeking an absolutely exceptional EA with extensive experience supporting senior executives in critical, high pressure environments. You will ideally have worked in Healthcare, Biotech, Medical Devices or Pharma, ideally with a global experience base.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in adding value through your commercial and organisational nouse. You will be familiar with Google Suite and/ or a Mac environment and have a proven ability to cut through ambiguity and navigate complexity to deliver exceptional results.
