As the government have advised the public to practise social distancing, call centres for businesses have seen a significant increase in volume of incoming enquiries from their customers.
Companies are looking for temps to support their call centres in responding to enquiries, via incoming calls, and responding to emails.
If you have experience working in a busy call centre responding to calls and emails, we want to hear from you!
Duties will be to answer incoming calls from customers, log any conversations accurate and update the database, respond to email enquiries and pass on to the relevant colleague.
You must have experience in a similar environment previously in order to hit the ground running.
