The London office is boutique and has a real family feel and a professional yet exciting vibe in the office.

The role!

You will be based on their front desk and be the first contact for all high-profile guests as well as carrying out extra administrative duties. This is a truly in depth, broad and varied reception role in which no two days will be the same!
Your receptionist / admin duties will include:
• Meeting and greeting high profile guests
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Providing administrative support
• Arranging internal meetings and occasional minute taking
• Meeting room management
• Ah hoc admin duties as required


They are looking for someone who’s on the ball, friendly and super dynamic!
The successful receptionist / administrator will:
• Have excellent and highly professional telephone manner
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Have great MS Office skills and fast typing

They are looking for someone who’ll really take autonomy and ownership of their role with a can-do, proactive attitude!
