Are you a switched on, dynamic and savvy contracts administrator? Do you have experience setting up new contracts including understanding and tracking SLA’s and NDA’S? Are you also familiar with business winning, including supporting the bids and tender process.

This unique company who specialise in strategic change consulting are based in a stunning and high tech open workspace near Bond Street and are seeking a savvy and switched on Contracts and Commercial Assistant to support the operations team.

You will be joining a fun and friendly team in a hard working but social environment. You will be supporting the commercial lead in all aspects of business growth including; coordinating commercial contracts, dealing with bid and tender documents, researching and reporting on leads and supporting the commercial lead.

Please note this is a permanent role but starts initially on a temporary basis to ensure you’re happy with the role and culture!

Duties will include:
• Researching and monitoring online portals for business development opportunities, identifying prospective clients
• Researching new market areas
• Advising on contractual terms and conditions in client contracts
• Producing reports on all business leads
• Breaking down tender documents from a commercial perspective
• Uploading and submitting responses to bids and proposals
• Recording feedback on bids
• Producing weekly reports on all activities
• Ensuring proactive management of relevant contracts
• Scheduling timely account meetings
