You will be the main receptionist and be responsible for managing the front of house for this creative interior design company.
The main duties will include:
Reservation of meeting rooms on a computerised meeting room booking system
Meeting and greeting clients in reception
Ensuring clients receive VIP treatment
Liaising with the PAs and executive directors
Liaising with designers, potential clients and architects
Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
Booking catering facilities
Having an eye for detail and checking rooms
Receptionist general duties
You will be based in the City, located near many different stations – ensuring an easy commute!
