Events Coordinator – Webinars and Events

£34,000 – £37,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you an organised events professional with a passion for delivering high quality webinar programmes?  We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship annual webinar series and support selected in-person and hybrid events.

Working within an experienced events team, you’ll manage webinars end to end from planning and set-up to live delivery and post-event reporting ensuring a consistently excellent experience for speakers, sponsors and attendees worldwide. You will also support the wider team on with the delivery of global in-person events.

What you’ll do:

Manage and deliver an annual webinar programme
Support they delivery of UK and Global in-person events programme
Build and manage events using Cvent and Zoom
Create event plans, timelines and budgets
Coordinate speakers, sponsors, suppliers and internal teams
Support marketing activity and report on event performance

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in an events coordination role
Strong virtual and webinar delivery experience
Confident use of Cvent or similar event platforms
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
