Are you an organised, people-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service?
We’re looking for a Booking Coordinator to join a dynamic healthcare team, helping patients access vital medical services with efficiency, care, and compassion.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the friendly voice and steady hand behind the scenes, ensuring appointments run smoothly and patient journeys are stress-free. From managing busy booking schedules to liaising with clinical staff and referrers, you’ll play a key part in keeping everything running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimise a busy patient booking system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with patients, clinicians, and internal teams by phone, email, and letter.
• Provide clear guidance to patients before their visit, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
• Maintain secure and accurate records while upholding GDPR standards.
• Monitor booking activity, identify efficiencies, and help drive service improvements.

What We’re Looking For
• A highly organised multitasker with an eye for detail and a calm, professional manner.
• Excellent communicator with a warm, confident telephone style and strong written skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative, scheduling, or customer-facing role (healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with booking or database systems.
• Someone who thrives under pressure, stays focused, and loves making a positive difference to others.

What’s In It for You
• Full-time, 35 hours per week with opportunities for growth and development.
• 7% pension contribution
• Private healthcare (employee only)
• Gym membership
• Discretionary bonus scheme
• Interest-free travel loan for annual commuting costs over £1,000

Join a team that values professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while contributing to life-changing healthcare services.
