Leading Communications/Media Group require an experienced, highly personable Talent Acquisition Partner to become a key part of their team, sourcing the best temporary and freelance workers on the market. Initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, there will be many opportunities to develop within the Group as long as you make yourself indispensable!

This is a multi-brand group looking for someone with superb attention to detail, ability to work at pace, and build excellent strategic working relationships. You will be managing a Talent Executive, so will have strong leadership ability, leading by example.

Duties:
Work closely with Hiring Managers across the group to identify and qualify requirements
Maintain/grow a base of temporary/freelance staff resource
Collaborate with recruitment agencies where necessary
Interview candidates, using competency based techniques
Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitate financial sign-off for roles
Work as part of a team on new projects
Ensuring CRM and HR systems are correct and updated
Ensuring compliance with legislation such as GDPR and IR35

Person Specification:
Experience recruiting or working within a creative industry
Attention to detail, able to work at pace
Experience recruiting temporary or freelance staff
Strong Excel skills and system administration skills
