Hybrid – 1 day in London Office – 4 days home based
£44,000 - £47,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holiday, 7% employer contribution, Life Assurance 3x salary

As Head of HR, you will be working for the UK office of an international welfare charity. You will be the HR expert and manage the charity’s Human resources and wellbeing strategy. As Head of HR, you will report to the COO to deliver the new strategy going forward with direct line management of 2 staff.

• Recruitment and Selection
• Employee relations
• Pay and Benefits
• HR Policies and Procedure
• Management and oversight of HQ office administration management
• Performance Management
• Change Management
• Employee Wellbeing
• Overseas Employment

Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience of working at senior level with Human Resources
- Generalist HR experience / HR Business Partner
- CIPD qualified
- Problem solver with the ability to manage complex situation
- Strong experience of managing employee relations cases and negotiating successful outcomes. -Proven experience leading HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent influencing skills
- Budget management
- Confident communicator; with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally some experience of change managed with HR setting
