Office Coordinator
Permanent
£27,000 – £31,000
Hybrid – 4 days London office based, 1 day from home
Are you the kind of person who notices when the coffee’s running low, the meeting room chairs are out of place, or the post needs urgent attention – and just makes it happen? Do you thrive on variety, organisation, and being the go-to person everyone relies on?
We’re looking for an Office Coordinator who will keep our London office running smoothly and help our teams in Bristol, Edinburgh, and Manchester feel just as supported. This is a role where no two days are the same, and where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude will make a real difference.
You’ll be part of our friendly Business Support Team, working closely with our Office Manager, EAs, and PAs to create a welcoming, well-organised workplace for everyone. From managing facilities and supplies, to helping with onboarding, to making sure meetings run like clockwork – you’ll be at the centre of it all.
What you’ll be doing:
• Acting as the first point of contact for all office needs in London – from greeting guests to liaising with serviced office provider
• Supporting hub offices with bookings, access, and logistics
• Coordinating desk bookings, answering the main switchboard, and keeping shared inbox in check
• Managing post, couriers, and supplies to keep everything moving smoothly
• Helping new starters settle in (and making sure leavers are offboarded just as seamlessly)
• Lending a hand with admin, events, and projects across the business
• Taking on key Health & Safety roles as First Aider and Fire Warden
• Provide admin support to the wider business (scanning, printing, filing).
• Support firm-wide projects and EA/PAs during busy periods.
• Maintain Business Support intranet page and weekly team schedule.
What we’re looking for:
• At least 1 year in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent people skills – approachable, friendly, and great at building relationships
• Organised, adaptable, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• A problem-solver who can prioritise and juggle tasks without dropping the ball
Benefits:
• 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
• Hybrid working
• Private medical insurance & yearly health assessments
• Pension, life assurance & income protection
• Discretionary bonus scheme
• Support with professional qualifications
• A flex benefits platform so you can tailor perks to your lifestyle
• Social events and a friendly, supportive culture
