We’re seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join our collaborative, close-knit team based in either our Mayfair or Brighton office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, responsibility, and working directly with entrepreneurs, investors, and dynamic businesses.

The Role
• You’ll work across a broad and stimulating range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
• Advising founders, investors, SMEs, and scale-ups on business-critical legal issues
• Handling M&A transactions, restructures, shareholder agreements, investment rounds, and more
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts from supplier agreements to NDAs
• Building strong client relationships with HNW individuals and fast-growing companies
• Playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the firm

About You
• You’re a confident and adaptable solicitor with:
• 2+ years PQE in both corporate and commercial law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Experience advising entrepreneurial clients (startups, SMEs, investors, HNWIs)
• A proactive mindset and commercial acumen
