Senior Executive Officer

Our client is a global membership association specialising in family inheritance and succession planning. They work to improve public understanding of the issues families face in this area and promote education and high professional standards among their members.

They have a permanent opportunity available in their Thought Leadership and Community team. This role is to support the organisation and its communities to be a sector leader in their five chosen thought leadership topic areas. You will drive knowledge and awareness on these special focus topic areas.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Content generation and delivery
• Support the Head of Thought Leadership and Communities in commissioning, researching and execution of thought leadership deliverables
• Work with the relevant SIGS/communities and support the creation of focused/specialized technical content to deliver on objectives.
• Lead on the production of surveys and other forms of research
• Input to programming of CPD events across each of the SIGs.
Profile and communications
• Initiate ideas to showcase SIG?related in support of identified thought?leadership areas.
• Project manage the content output, ensuring the right information gets to the right communities at the right time
• Input into the communication strategy of thought?leadership content, taking ownership for ensuring content is communicated to the relevant communities.
Committees
• Pro?actively support the administration of the Thought Leadership Strategy Groups, SIG
Committees, Advisory Groups, Academic Community and associated working parties.
Insight
• Research new communities and gather competitor/market insight

You will:
• Enjoy working within a team and have good experience of this
• Also be able to work independently, with limited supervision
• Have good organisational and time management skills
• Have excellent critical thinking skills, as well as data analysis
• Have good computer skills
• Be a good communicator and be able to engage different audiences

This role is based in the London office, hours are 9am-5.30pm (can be slightly flexible) and will report to the Head of Thought Leadership and Communities. Experience of working within a professional membership body is desirable but not essential. Working within a great team, with excellent benefits on offer!
