The first opportunity is to cover their Financial Services practice. As a Researcher you will work to headhunt and recruit senior C-suit executives at top tier investment banks across 70 countries. The other is to cover the Technology practice and successful candidates will have some interest in either sector and a willingness to learn. Your focus will be on aiding your Partner with assignments, research activity in your chosen sector, writing detailed reports, gathering data, collating presentations, desk research, document presentations and desk research. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

Degree Educated /2:1 and above
Reliable
Have an the ability to develop longstanding relationships with candidates and client
Have an attention to detail
Professional (approach and appearance)
Willing to learn and take on responsibility
